Mark ChesterMark Chester has extensive experience with the prosecution and defense of claims alleging violations of federal and state securities laws. He practices regularly before the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, the Arizona Corporation Commission, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. In addition to having a securities litigation, arbitration, and enforcement practice, Mark represents developers, contractors and business owners in a wide variety of disputes and practices before a number of state agencies regulating contractors, mortgage bankers and brokers, real estate licensees and insurance agents.
